Getting from Agios Efstratios to Patras

The most practical approach is to take the ferry from Agios Efstratios to Lemnos, fly to Athens and then take the KTEL bus or drive to Patras. Total journey time is around 5 to 6 hours.

Your best option

Take the ferry from Agios Efstratios to Lemnos, fly to Athens and take the KTEL bus to Patras. The bus from Athens Kifissos terminal runs frequently and takes around 2.5 to 3 hours. If you are traveling with a car, fly to Athens, rent a car and drive west to Patras via the E65 motorway.
