About the Beach
Kalavria Coast is a rugged and scenic stretch of shoreline on the northern side of Poros. It features several small coves with pebbles and deep blue water that is very fresh. This part of the island is less developed than the southern coast, offering a sense of freedom and isolation. The road follows the sea, providing views of the rocky landscape and the open Saronic Gulf. It is an unorganized area where you can find your own spot for a swim away from the main resorts. The water is clear and provides an environment for snorkeling and long swims. It is a destination for nature lovers who enjoy exploring the coast by car or bicycle. The surrounding hills are dry and rocky with sparse vegetation. It is a part of the island that shows the wilder side of the landscape. You should bring your own supplies as there are few facilities here.
