Andreas Polyzogopoulos Trio: Petrichor - Athens

Andreas Polyzogopoulos, one of the most important Greek jazz musicians of his generation, comes to Megaron, The Athens Concert Hall on Sunday 15 November 2026 at 9:00 PM in the Banquet Hall to present Petrichor, his fifth album. Named after the smell of the earth after rain, Petrichor is a reflective, airy collection of entirely original jazz compositions. Its defining feature is the deliberate absence of percussion: Polyzogopoulos on trumpet and effects, Petros Klampanis on double bass and Wajdi Riahi on piano build the rhythm together.
