Kalimera e.V. hosts a Greek cultural evening at Laboratorium Stuttgart on Sunday, November 22, 2026, at 6 PM: a Greek-Turkish music night with Sinem Garnateo Weber (vocals) and Nikos Hatziliadis (vocals and bouzouki), joined by bassist Nikos Konstantinidis and guitarist Enis Akmut. Rebetiko, born in the 1920s among musicians from Izmir and Istanbul in the ports and working-class neighborhoods of Athens, is the best example of a shared Greek and Turkish tradition, and Sinem and Nikos carry it on with songs that bring people of different backgrounds together. The evening is open to everyone, with food and drinks available at the venue.
