I am the Founder and CEO of Arête Global, a South African fibre optic equipment and infrastructure solutions company serving ISPs, telcos, fibre contractors, subcontractors, and ICT infrastructure teams across Africa.

My career has taken me from electrotechnical engineering studies at Vaal Technicon, to professional photography, to more than a decade in the fibre optic and telecoms equipment sector. Along the way, I have worked closely with network operators, contractors, project teams, and technical buyers who need more than just a product — they need the right equipment, honest advice, reliable support, and a supplier who understands what happens in the field.

Before founding Arête Global in January 2026, I spent many years helping build and lead a fibre equipment distribution business, supplying fusion splicers, fibre tools, test equipment, consumables, and related solutions into the South African market. That experience gave me deep insight into contractor requirements, procurement challenges, project timelines, and the practical realities of fibre deployment.

Arête Global was created to bring a sharper, more service-driven approach to the market. We focus on field-ready solutions, including fusion splicing equipment, fibre optic tools, labelling and identification systems, contractor kits, and related infrastructure products. Our goal is simple: to help technical teams work faster, smarter, and with greater confidence.

My leadership is shaped by faith, resilience, and a strong belief in ethical business. From 2020 to 2023, I studied part-time at Charis Bible College, completing pastoral studies and third-year leadership training with a focus on business. That season strengthened my commitment to integrity, service, people, and purpose-led leadership.

I am passionate about building long-term relationships with ISPs, telcos, contractors, suppliers, and industry partners who value reliability, technical understanding, and practical solutions.
