We cook with imported Greek extra virgin olive oil, we fry with beef, tallow, no canola oil or seed oils here. carefully selected meats, fresh vegetables, herbs, and authentic ingredients imported from Greece whenever possible. Every dish is prepared from scratch, honoring the rich culinary traditions that have been passed down through generations.

From our homemade spanakopita, dolmades, and grilled souvlaki to our house-made tzatziki (house strained yogurt) and family recipes, every meal reflects the warmth of a traditional Greek kitchen.
