What I Do
I help people break through the areas of life where they feel stuck, afraid, or like no matter how hard they try, nothing changes — whether that's their weight, their finances, their relationships, an addiction they can't shake, or just a general sense of being blocked and unable to move forward.
Most people come to me after they've already tried the conventional route: dieting and willpower for weight, budgeting and hustle for money, therapy or "just communicating better" for relationships, sheer discipline for addiction. And often none of it sticks — not because they didn't try hard enough, but because the real problem was never at that level to begin with.
My Method
I work through energy healing releasing imbalances and stuck patterns that live in the body, the nervous system, and the subconscious mind. These patterns are usually generational (inherited from family), environmental (absorbed from what you grew up around), or self-created (formed from a past experience your body decided meant danger, failure, or unworthiness). They run underneath the surface, quietly directing behavior, decisions, and outcomes — no matter how much willpower or logic you throw at them.
Instead of managing the symptom (the extra weight, the credit card debt, the same relationship pattern, the addictive habit, the fear itself), I go underneath it to find and clear the actual imprint driving it. Once that pattern is released, the outer struggle naturally starts to shift — because the person is no longer unconsciously working against themselves.
The Areas I Work In
Weight loss or gain clearing the emotional and subconscious patterns behind overeating, self-sabotage, or a body that won't let go of weight no matter what's done "right"
Money issues releasing scarcity patterns, fear of receiving, and inherited beliefs about worthiness that keep income capped or clients from showing up
Relationship issues clearing the patterns that keep someone attracting or recreating the same dynamic, and rebuilding trust and worthiness from the inside out
Addictions any kind even food addressing the root imprint or pain the addictive behavior is covering for, rather than just fighting the behavior itself
Fear and stuck states more broadly anywhere someone feels frozen, blocked, or like an invisible wall keeps showing up between them and what they want
The Core Belief I Work From
Whatever the surface issue looks like, the pattern underneath is usually the same: it's not a willpower problem, it's a subconscious one. The body and mind are running old programming — often installed long before the person even remembers — and until that programming is addressed directly, no amount of strategy, effort, or discipline will fully override it. My work is to find that root pattern, clear it, and help the person's outer life finally start reflecting who they actually are underneath the block.
