Our Story:

Kerasmera is inspired by my Greek heritage and the enjoyment of home baking and sharing with family and friends. Kerasmera brings everything together; with my love for baking, my childhood and creating wholesome baked goods everyone can enjoy.

My love for Baking:

Growing up in a big Greek family, food was always at the heart of our celebrations. Some of my favourite memories are of my Yiayia cooking — and me filming or taking photos beside her — because there were never any measurements, just instinct.

My Yiayia taught me so much about food, tradition, and the joy of sharing with others. Being in the kitchen became something I truly loved — a space where I could create, and unwind. Whether it was early in the morning or after a long day at university, baking felt therapeutic, It was, and is my way of switching off and pouring my energy into something tangible.

How Kerasmera Began:

While at university, I began making healthy snacks to reach for during long study sessions. After returning from an extended America trip last year, I realised how much I genuinely love baking — especially creating healthier sweet treats and experimenting with flavours.

After returning from America and beginning my journey at Saint Haven - an environment dedicated to wellness - inspired me to continue baking. Being surrounded by this environment encouraged me to spend more time experimenting in the kitchen, with healthy and quality ingredients.

Kerasmera is about experimenting, creating, and sharing flavours made with care. I love the process of sourcing and trialling quality ingredients and blending them together to create something new. Some brands I trust and love include Pico chocolate and Noya 100% almond butter, which help bring my recipes to life.

Baking makes me happy. Creating with wholesome ingredients is my passion — and I’m so grateful to share it with you.
