Theonios Traditional Olive Groves is a Greek producer of ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil, created from century-old Koroneiki olive trees in the hills of Messinia, Greece.

Our philosophy is simple: not quantity, but quality.

Theonios brings together the heritage of traditional Messinian olive cultivation with the precision of modern agricultural science. Our rain-fed olive groves are carefully managed tree by tree, supported by multispectral drone surveys, vegetation and moisture indices, meteorological data, soil monitoring and continuous field observation.

Every decision — from pruning and canopy management to harvest timing — is made with one objective: to protect the fruit and produce an exceptional Greek extra virgin olive oil with distinctive character, freshness and naturally high phenolic potential.

Harvesting takes place early, while the Koroneiki olives are still green, prioritising quality over extraction yield. Particular attention is given to every stage between tree and bottle, including rapid processing, controlled storage in stainless-steel tanks under food-grade nitrogen and careful bottling designed to preserve the oil’s sensory and nutritional qualities.

Theonios represents a meeting of two worlds: centuries-old olive trees and contemporary precision agriculture; Messinian tradition and uncompromising attention to detail.
