Trauma Healing Revolution

I'm a coach dedicated to healing trauma at a deep, nervous system level. This work goes beyond traditional talk therapy by working directly with the body and nervous system, where trauma is stored.

My training & approach

My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, body-based approach that goes beyond traditional talk therapy. I integrate leading neuroscience, somatic practices, and evidence-based modalities to support deep, lasting healing, not just symptom management.

I’ve had the privilege of learning from some of the most respected voices in trauma and neuroscience, including Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, Dr. David Grand, Irene Lyon, Deb Dana, Dr. Stephen Porges, Kathy Kain, Stephen Terrell, Caroline Strawson, Dr Janina Fisher and others.

My approach incorporates a diverse array of mind, brain, and body-based tools, therapeutic models and methodologies, including Somatic Experiencing, Trauma-Informed Coaching, Brainspotting, Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Practice and Positive Psychology, among others.

Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method, I draw from these approaches to create a personalised, integrative process that meets you where you are.
