In this episode of Greece Chats, I interview Aris Gerontakis, a professional voice actor.
Aris is a voice actor and has worked as one, in countless projects, including commercials, corporate videos, video games and animation projects. He has also composed and produced music for commercials, stage productions and film, as well as acted and sung professionally on stage. He loves being a voice actor the most because it anchors him, it invites him to explore the kid within on a daily basis, and because it allows him the free time and peace of mind to enjoy his first priority: his family.
Aris was born and raised in Thessaloniki, Greece. He has an MSc in Architecture from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an MA in Music Theater from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, UK.
