Getting from Agathonisi to Chios

Take the ferry from Agathonisi to Samos and connect to Chios from there. It is the most practical approach and avoids going through Athens entirely. If time matters, take the local ferry from Agathonisi to Leros or Samos, fly to Athens and then fly to Chios. If you are traveling with a car, fly to Athens and take the overnight Piraeus to Chios ferry, which takes your vehicle and arrives in the morning.
