About the Beach

Aliki Beach is a charming and very popular sandy shore on the southern coast of Paros, located within the traditional fishing village of the same name. It features fine golden sand and exceptionally shallow, clear turquoise water that remains calm because the bay is well-protected from the strong northern meltemi winds. The beach is well-organized with sunbeds and umbrellas, and it is surrounded by numerous traditional tavernas and cafes that serve fresh local seafood right on the water's edge. Many large tamarisk trees line the back of the sand, providing a generous amount of natural shade for families and those seeking a relaxed environment away from the commercial sections.
