About the Beach

Faneromeni Beach is the southernmost coastal landmark on Antiparos tucked away at the very tip of the island below the small chapel of Panagia Faneromeni. The landscape is characterized by its incredible seclusion and the unique rock formations that frame a small and intimate sandy cove with exceptionally clear waters. Because it is located at the end of a long and difficult dirt road it remains one of the most peaceful and primitive spots on the island with no facilities or shade. The surrounding scenery is dominated by the wild and untamed southern cliffs and the open view toward the sea making it a destination for those seeking the ultimate sense of privacy and natural beauty.
