About the Beach

Voutoumi Beach is the most famous and visually stunning coastal landmark on Antipaxos located in a deeply recessed bay on the islands northeastern coast. The landscape is world renowned for its intense turquoise waters and a shoreline made of brilliant white pebbles and sand backed by a dense forest of cypress and pine trees. While the beach features a few traditional tavernas located on the high cliffs above the environment remains primarily natural with the lush greenery providing a vivid contrast to the bright sea. The surrounding geography is characterized by its verticality and the way the forested hills wrap around the bay creating a paradisiacal and sheltered atmosphere that is a primary stop for boats from Paxos and Corfu.
