Cafeneo

Cafeneo is a Greek-inspired café, bakery, and café-bar in Newark, Delaware, offering a modern take on the traditional Greek coffeehouse experience. We specialize in authentic Greek coffee prepared over hot sand, handcrafted espresso drinks, fresh pastries and desserts, breakfast and lunch favorites, and Mediterranean-inspired food made with quality ingredients.

Rooted in Greek hospitality, Cafeneo is designed to be a welcoming gathering place for the Newark and University of Delaware community—whether guests are stopping in for their morning coffee, meeting friends for lunch, enjoying a pastry, or relaxing with one of our Greek-inspired cocktails in the evening.

Beyond our café, Cafeneo also offers catering, specialty desserts, and select wholesale products for local businesses and events. Our goal is simple: combine authentic Greek flavors, genuine hospitality, and a modern café experience in a space that feels both unique and familiar.
