Y-Concierge is a cloud-based property management system for vacation rental operators, short-stay managers, and small independent hotels. It replaces the usual stack of spreadsheets, extranet tabs, and WhatsApp threads with a single system that runs the entire operation.

Channel management is included on every plan — no separate subscription. Two-way sync with Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and Expedia pushes availability, rates, and restrictions in seconds rather than the hours an iCal feed takes, so double bookings stop being a risk you manage manually. One calendar covers the entire portfolio.

Beyond distribution, Y-Concierge handles the daily work: guest messages stay attached to the reservation instead of getting lost in email; housekeeping teams see assigned turnovers, checklists, and check-in timing through role-based access that keeps financial and guest data private; and payments, deposits, and invoices are tracked from booking through reconciliation. An AI assistant surfaces what needs attention before it becomes a problem.

The platform is built and hosted in the EU on infrastructure in Frankfurt, GDPR-compliant by design, with regional invoicing and e-invoicing compliance layers built in for operators who need them. Plans start at €19/month with a free trial and no setup fee.
