Getting from Agistri to Lesvos

If you are heading to Lesvos from Agistri you are making your way from a small pine-covered island in the Saronic Gulf to the third largest island in Greece, in the northeastern Aegean. Lesvos has its own airport with daily connections from Athens. Taking the Saronic ferry from Agistri to Piraeus, the metro to Athens Airport and flying to Lesvos takes around 1 hour in the air. Total travel time is around 4 to 5 hours and is the most practical approach for most travelers.

If you are traveling with a car, take the Saronic ferry from Agistri to Piraeus and board the overnight Piraeus to Lesvos ferry, which takes your vehicle and arrives in the morning.
