Getting from Paros to Corfu

If you are heading to Corfu from Paros you are making your way to the northwestern part of Greece, an island in the Ionian Sea with a UNESCO World Heritage Site town and a lush green coastline.

Take the ferry

There is no direct ferry from Paros to Corfu. Getting there by sea means taking the ferry from Paros to Piraeus and then travelling by road northwest to Igoumenitsa for the ferry to Corfu, making the total journey the better part of two days.

Getting there by air

Both Paros and Corfu have airports. Flying from Paros to Athens takes around 45 minutes and then Athens to Corfu takes around 50 minutes. Total travel time is around 3 to 4 hours. In Greece, airlines do not operate direct inter island flights.

Your best option

Fly via Athens. It is the only realistic approach and at around 3 to 4 hours total it is straightforward. If you are travelling with a car, fly to Athens, drive to Igoumenitsa and take the ferry across to Corfu, which gives you a vehicle on the island for exploring the coastline and interior villages.
