Getting from Tinos to Andros

If you are heading to Andros from Tinos you are making your way from the most venerated pilgrimage island in the Cyclades to the northernmost island in the same group, just a short distance to the north. It has neoclassical mansions, an art museum of genuinely international quality and a network of old footpaths connecting the villages.

Take the ferry

Andros has no airport. The nearest airport is Athens. Tinos has no airport. The nearest airport is Mykonos. The direct ferry from Tinos to Andros is considerably more practical than flying for this short island hop within the same island group. In Greece, airlines do not operate direct inter island flights.

Take the direct ferry from Tinos to Andros. It is the most natural and direct connection and keeps the journey entirely within the northern Cyclades.
