Getting from Tinos to Antiparos

If you are heading to Antiparos from Tinos you are making your way from the most venerated pilgrimage island in the Cyclades to a small island just off the western coast of Paros in the same island group, to the south. It has a Venetian kastro village, good beaches and an atmosphere that rewards those who stay overnight rather than visiting on a day trip from Paros.

Take the ferry

Getting there means taking the direct ferry from Tinos south through the Cyclades to Paros, which runs several times daily in summer and takes around 1.5 to 2.5 hours, and then crossing to Antiparos from Pounta. This keeps the journey entirely within the Cyclades and avoids Athens and Piraeus entirely.

Antiparos has no airport. The nearest airport is Paros, though no commercial scheduled flights operate there in 2026. Tinos has no airport. The nearest airport is Mykonos. Taking the direct ferry from Tinos to Paros and then crossing to Antiparos from Pounta gives a total journey time of around 2 to 3 hours and avoids Athens entirely. In Greece, airlines do not operate direct inter island flights.
