Almyra is a remote and wild beach located on the southern coast of Santorini, near the Akrotiri lighthouse. It features a mix of sand and pebbles with very clear, deep water. Access is via a long dirt road, which ensures that very few people make the journey. The beach is entirely unorganized and has a raw character that is typical of the less developed parts of the island.
