Fokospilia Beach is a unique and majestic swimming spot on the island of Symi, famous for the large sea cave known as the Seal Cave that dominates the rocky coastline. It features a tiny shore of small pebbles and exceptionally clear turquoise water that is deep and fresh, accessible only by boat from the main port of Gialos. The beach is entirely unorganized and maintains a raw, majestic character that reflects the untamed power of the Dodecanese sea. The water inside and around the cave is a luminous blue, offering a spectacular environment for snorkeling and diving among the rocky formations.
