Limnonari Beach Skopelos

Limnonari Beach is a spectacular and well-protected sandy bay on the southwestern coast of Skopelos, located just one bend past Agnontas and named "small lake" because its waters remain unruffled even during strong winds. It features a shore of fine white sand and small pebbles with exceptionally clear turquoise water, surrounded by lush green hills that reflect off the surface of the sea. The beach is well-organized with many rows of sunbeds, umbrellas, and two traditional tavernas that offer a comfortable and social environment for visitors. A unique feature of the seabed is a smooth underwater rock shelf near the entry, so swimmers often choose to swim directly out into the deep, emerald center of the bay.
