Getting from Tinos to Lavrio

Lavrio has no airport. The nearest airport is Athens International, around 30 kilometres to the northwest. Tinos has no airport. The nearest airport is Mykonos. The direct ferry from Tinos to Lavrio is considerably more practical than flying for this connection given the frequency and directness of the sea route.

Take the direct ferry from Tinos to Lavrio. It avoids Piraeus and central Athens entirely and arrives just 30 minutes from Athens Airport. If you are heading to Kea or Kythnos from Lavrio, ferries to both islands run frequently throughout the day in summer. If you are traveling with a car the conventional ferry takes your vehicle directly to Lavrio port.
