About the Beach

Agios Stefanos Beach is a very long and welcoming sandy beach on the northwest coast of Corfu that is perfect for people who love to have a lot of space to run around and play games on the shore. The sand is very soft and golden and the water is shallow for a long way out, which means you can walk far into the sea and still have the water only reach your waist, making it very safe and fun for everyone. It is located in a friendly village with lots of traditional tavernas where you can sit and watch the sun go down over the small islands that sit out in the ocean. Because it faces the west, the sunsets here are some of the best on the island, and the sky turns bright pink and orange over the wide sandy bay, providing a perfect end to a long day of playing in the warm Mediterranean water.
