About the Beach

Gennadi Beach is one of the most expansive and impressive coastal stretches on the southeastern coast of Rhodes, extending for several kilometers toward the southern tip of the island. It features a shore of small smooth pebbles and coarse sand with exceptionally clear, deep blue water that remains remarkably clean despite the modern developments in the area. The beach is partially organized with several stylish beach bars and traditional tavernas that offer a comfortable and social environment, while large sections remain entirely free for those seeking total privacy.
