About the Beach

Ladiko Beach is a world-renowned and spectacularly beautiful coastal landmark on the eastern coast of Rhodes, located about fifteen kilometers south of the main city and famously known for its emerald-green waters and its cinematic cliff surroundings. It features a small cove of fine sand and small rocks with exceptionally clear, calm water that remains a premier destination for snorkeling and diving due to the abundance of marine life and the perfect underwater visibility. The beach is well-organized with many rows of sunbeds and umbrellas, and a traditional taverna is located right on the edge of the bay serving fresh local delicacies and chilled drinks in a social environment. It is a destination for those who want a high-quality maritime experience in a compact and picturesque setting, often preferred by international visitors who arrive early in the morning to secure a spot in this popular and well-maintained location. The water is relatively deep and fresh, providing an invigorating environment for a long soak while watching the private yachts and excursion boats anchor in the sheltered harbor.
