About the Beach

Gregolimano Beach is widely considered to be one of the most spectacular and picturesque coastal destinations in all of Northern Evia, characterized by a long and narrow tongue of fine golden sand that extends gracefully into the calm blue waters of the North Evian Gulf. This unique geographical formation creates a stunning visual effect where the sea seems to surround you on both sides as you walk toward the tip of the sandy point. The beach is famously backed by a dense and fragrant forest of pine trees that provide a vivid green contrast to the brilliant turquoise of the sea. Because the beach is located in a very protected part of the gulf, the water is almost always as smooth as glass, making it an absolute paradise for swimming. The sand is incredibly soft and the water stays shallow for a long distance, making it very safe.
