About the Beach

Pefki Beach is one of the most well known and organized tourist destinations in Northern Evia, named after the beautiful pine trees that line the entire length of the shore. The beach stretches for several kilometers and consists of sand and small pebbles, with crystal clear water that is perfect for all kinds of water sports and activities. It is a very vibrant and social place, featuring a long promenade filled with shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars that stay active throughout the day and well into the evening. Despite its popularity, the beach is so large that it remains comfortable for all visitors, offering both organized sections with sunbeds and more open areas for those who prefer to sit on their towels. The sunset at Pefki is particularly famous, as the sun dips below the horizon of the gulf, painting the sky in shades of orange and pink, providing a perfect end to a day on the island.
