About the Beach
Kipiadi Beach is a large and spectacular pebbled beach on the eastern coast of Paxos, located north of Gaios. It features a shore of large white stones and exceptionally clear turquoise water that is deep and fresh. The beach is entirely unorganized and retains a raw, natural character, surrounded by low hills covered with olive trees and pines. It is a destination for those who want to find a private and silent corner of the Ionian away from the busier resort areas. The water is fresh and the visibility is excellent for snorkeling along the rocky seabed. Access is via a relatively steep path or by boat, which helps keep the beach uncrowded even in the peak of summer. It is a spot for nature lovers who appreciate the simple beauty of the coast. You must bring all your own water and food for the day. The entry into the water is via the stones, so care is needed.
