About the Beach

Kopria Beach is a small and hidden gem on the western coast of Rhodes, located near the village of Kritinia and overlooked by the dramatic ruins of a medieval castle that stands on the rocky headland. It features a shore of smooth white pebbles and coarse sand with intense, deep blue water that is exceptionally clear and fresh, providing an invigorating environment for a powerful swim in a sheltered and peaceful bay. The beach is partially organized with a few sunbeds and umbrellas, but it maintains a quiet and intimate character that is a favorite for local residents and those seeking a quick escape from the busier eastern resorts.
