Fanos is a beautiful and very social sandy beach located between Finikas and Italida on the eastern coastal path of Ano Koufonisi. It features soft sand and very clear, turquoise water that is perfectly suited for long, relaxed swims. The beach is famous for its friendly beach bar, which attracts a younger and more active crowd, creating a vibrant and cheerful atmosphere throughout the day. It is a great spot for meeting people while enjoying the high-quality sea that the island is famous for. Despite its popularity, it maintains a very low-key and unpretentious character. The entry into the water is smooth and easy, and the views across the channel are spectacular.
