About the Beach

Nisiotissa Beach is a magical and very famous beach in North Evia that is known for the small rocky island that sits just a few meters away from the shore with the ruins of a medieval church on top of it. The beach itself has very fine golden sand and shallow, calm water that makes it look like a postcard from a dream. You can actually swim or even walk through the shallow water to reach the island and explore the old stone walls, which gives the whole place a very adventurous and historic feeling. It is a very quiet and beautiful spot where you can enjoy the view of the mountains across the water, and the combination of the ancient ruins and the bright blue sea makes it one of the most unique and unforgettable places to visit on the entire island.
