About the Beach

Petra is one of the most famous and well-organized beaches on the northern coast of Lesvos, featuring a long stretch of sand and pebbles with very clear, deep water. It is a fully serviced destination with a wide array of beach clubs, restaurants, and shops, offering a vibrant and cosmopolitan atmosphere. The most striking feature of Petra is the massive rock in the center of the village with the church of Panagia Glykofilousa perched on top.
