About the Beach

Agios Konstantinos Beach is a remote and wild coastal stretch situated on the northern coast of Alonissos facing the open sea and the neighboring island of Skopelos across the channel. The area is defined by its rugged and exposed landscape where the hills are covered in low hardy Mediterranean scrub and wind sculpted bushes that reflect the intensity of the northern weather. Due to its northern orientation and the complete absence of any commercial development or permanent structures the beach offers a sense of raw power and total isolation from the more sheltered and forested bays of the eastern coast. The surrounding scenery is primitive and stark featuring impressive geological formations and jagged rock faces that highlight the islands diverse terrain and its untamed northern reaches.
