About the Beach

Agios Nikitas is a very charming and popular beach located in the traditional fishing village of the same name on the western coast. The shore is a mix of sand and fine pebbles, and the water is a brilliant, glowing turquoise that is characteristic of the Ionian Sea. The beach is accessible only by walking through the narrow, pedestrianized street of the village, which adds to its intimate and traditional feel. It is a well-organized spot with plenty of tavernas and cafes just steps away, making it a very convenient choice for a full day of sun and food.
