About the Beach

Alogomandra is a very beautiful and unique beach located on the northern coast of Milos, featuring a spectacular natural sea cave that provides cool shade and a dramatic frame for the turquoise water. The shore is composed of fine white sand and small pebbles, and the water is shallow and exceptionally clear, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed and scenic swim. It is an unorganized beach that maintains a very peaceful and low-key atmosphere, as it is relatively hidden from the main tourist paths. The surrounding white volcanic rocks are sculpted into interesting shapes, creating a sense of enclosure and protection from the winds. It is a fantastic destination for photography and for those who enjoy the simple harmony of stone and sea.
