About the Beach

Desimi is a very picturesque and well-sheltered beach located in a deep, narrow bay on the eastern coast of Lefkada. It features a pebbly shore with incredibly calm and clear emerald water, surrounded by dense olive groves and lush green hills. Because the bay is so protected, it is a favorite for those who enjoy exploring the coastline by kayak or small motorboat, with many sea caves found nearby. The beach is partially organized with a few tavernas and campsites, giving it a very relaxed and traditional holiday feel. The water is shallow and warm, making it an ideal choice for families with children.
