About the Beach
Diamandi Beach is a small and spectacular sandy cove located on the southernmost tip of the Kanapitsa peninsula on Skiathos, often considered a hidden diamond of the island. It features fine golden sand and intense emerald water that is exceptionally clear, surrounded by steep cliffs and a lush green forest. The beach is most easily reached by water taxi from the main port, as the land path is steep and requires a trek through the pines. It is partially organized with a few sunbeds and a rustic wooden taverna that serves fresh seafood right on the sand, providing a relaxed and sophisticated environment. The water is deep and offers excellent visibility for snorkeling along the rocky edges of the bay. It is a destination for those who want to find a private and scenic corner of the Sporades with a touch of island luxury. The atmosphere is quiet and reflects the wild and beautiful nature of the coast. You should arrive early to secure a spot.
