Koukounaries Beach is a world-famous and spectacularly beautiful sandy sanctuary on the southwestern coast of Skiathos, widely considered one of the finest beaches in the Mediterranean. It features a long crescent of extremely fine golden sand that glitters under the sun, backed by a rare and protected forest of Stone Pines that reach the edge of the shore.
