She studied at the Pedagogical Department of Primary Education at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, working as a teacher while pursuing music. She toured with Christos Dantis, performed with the band Melisses, and gained wider recognition in 2019 through her participation in the sixth season of The X Factor Greece.

Musical Style & Sound

Lila performs pop, blending urban, Latin, reggaeton, ethnic, Balkan, and hip-hop influences with traditional Greek elements. That fusion has positioned her as one of the more genre-blending voices in contemporary Greek pop.

Lila became the first female artist signed to Barcode Entertainment, releasing her debut EP, "Xitana," in June 2022. Her May 2023 single "Deja Vu," featuring Rack and produced by Beyond, became diamond-certified and topped the charts and YouTube trends for four weeks, gathering more than seven million streams. Her July 2023 single "Atoutaler" also went diamond and reached number one on YouTube trends, followed by "Anasaino Kai Zalizomai" in October 2023, a TikTok sensation that held the number one YouTube spot for over three weeks. Her November 2023 collaboration with Toquel, "Allou," topped Greek Spotify charts for six weeks. In April 2024, she reunited with Rack for "9ARI," followed by "Koino Mystiko" and a collaboration with Stavento, "Xeirovomvida." In 2024, she became the official Greek ambassador for Spotify's EQUAL playlist.
