Agios Petros Beach Tinos

Agios Petros Beach is one of the most expansive and strikingly beautiful sandy shores on the southwestern coast of Tinos, located about fifteen kilometers from the main town and named after the small seventeenth-century chapel that stands on the rocky headland overlooking the Aegean. It features a long stretch of fine golden sand and small pebbles with crystal-clear turquoise water that remains remarkably calm even when the strong northern meltemi winds are blowing, making it a rare haven for families and those seeking a relaxed environment away from the more commercialized resort areas of the island.
