Kolymbithra Beach is one of the most famous and dual-character coastal landmarks on the northern coast of Tinos, consisting of two distinct bays that offer completely different swimming experiences for visitors. The smaller bay is well-organized with many rows of sunbeds, umbrellas, and a stylish beach bar, providing a cosmopolitan and social environment for those who enjoy modern amenities and calm, shallow turquoise water. The larger bay is world-renowned as a premier hub for surfing in the Cyclades due to the consistent northern meltemi winds that create impressive waves across the wide sandy expanse.
