About the Beach
Paradisia Beach is a small and remote coastal spot located on the western coast of southern Amorgos near the shipwreck of the Olympia. The name which means Paradise reflects the tranquil and scenic nature of the bay which is surrounded by a rugged and primitive landscape of rocky cliffs and low Mediterranean vegetation. The area is entirely unorganized and remote requiring a journey along narrow roads and paths to reach its quiet shores where the sunset views over the open sea are a primary feature. The surrounding terrain is wild and sparsely populated providing a sense of total seclusion and an authentic experience of the islands untamed western coastline.
