About the Beach

Soufi is a small and perfectly protected cove located just a short walk or boat ride from Monastiria on the northern coast. It is widely considered one of the best-sheltered spots on the island, making it a favorite for yachts and small boats seeking calm water. The beach is sandy and the water is a brilliant, transparent green color that is very inviting for snorkeling and swimming. There are several large trees right on the edge of the sand, providing generous natural shade throughout the day. Because it is so difficult to access by land, it remains very quiet and private, offering a "secret" feel to those who find it. The atmosphere is peaceful and restorative, with the surrounding hills protecting the bay from almost all wind. it is a true hidden gem for anyone who values a quiet, natural harbor and the purity of the northern Kimolian sea.
