About the Beach

Tripiti Beach is located on the eastern coast of Anafi and is famous for its unique geological feature where a natural hole or arch has been carved into the towering cliffs that frame the shore. The landscape is incredibly dramatic and vertical with the massive rock formations providing a sense of enclosure and a prehistoric atmosphere that is both imposing and beautiful. Access is primarily by boat which has helped the area maintain its status as a primitive and untouched sanctuary far from any modern man made interventions. The surrounding environment is a mix of stark white limestone and deep blue sea where the natural bridge in the rock serves as a landmark for the islands wild and sculptural coastal geometry.
