About the Beach

Xi is one of the most famous and visually unique beaches in the world, characterized by its deep orange-red sand and the towering white clay cliffs that rise behind the shore. It is located on the Paliki peninsula and offers very shallow and warm water that is perfectly safe for children. The grey clay from the cliffs is often used by visitors as a natural spa treatment, adding a fun and therapeutic element to the beach day. It is a very well-organized destination with numerous beach bars, restaurants, and water sports available. Despite its fame, the long stretch of sand provides enough space for everyone. It is a very social and family-oriented spot that offers a landscape unlike anything else in Greece.
