About the Beach

Agia Paraskevi is a stunning and very quiet pebble beach located on the northern coast of Ithaca, accessible via a winding road that offers great views. The water is a vivid shade of turquoise and is so transparent that you can see every detail of the seabed from the shore. It is a very peaceful spot with no major facilities, although the lush green trees that line the back of the beach provide plenty of natural shade. It is a fantastic place for snorkeling, as the rocky edges of the bay are full of life. Because it is a bit away from the main ports, it never feels crowded even during the summer. It is the perfect choice for anyone who wants to enjoy the deep, cool water of the Ionian Sea in a setting that feels private and surrounded by nature. The silence here is very relaxing and restorative.
