About the Beach

Loutsa is a small and very friendly beach located right at the entrance of the Vathy harbor, making it one of the easiest spots to reach on the island. It features a mix of sand and pebbles and offers a great view of the boats passing through the narrow channel. The water is shallow and very clear, which makes it a popular choice for families and local residents who want a quick and easy dip. There is a small canteen nearby where you can get drinks and snacks, giving the area a bit of a social feel without being overcrowded.
